Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain OSH policies, procedures and business continuity plans
  • Identify and mitigate the safety hazards within the Estate.
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and developing sustainability initiatives to reduce an organization's environmental footprint.
  • Monitoring and managing factors like air quality, chemical exposures, and ergonomic issues that affect employee health and safety.

  • Conduct Regular Inspections involving all safety aspects both in Commercial and Industrial Operations

  • Provides project coordination and support for the Estate Operations Senior Manager, including crafting, execution, implementation, modification and improvement of the Estate Operations.

  • Act as co-responsible for overall day-to-day Operations of the Estate
  • Monitors Estate Operations budget and make recommendations on expenditure and cost savings.
  • Administration and compliance to House Rules, relevant government regulations and related stakeholder relations management
  • Build effective, mutually professional relationships between third- party service providers, locators and tenants representatives, relevant government agencies such as DOLE, PNP, BFP, NICA, etc.
  • Act as a co-owner of Estate Operations Centralized Document system
  • Co- responsible for MEZ2 and WCE Connect monitoring and Vendor's accreditation.
  • Handles stakeholders concerns with regards to estate administration

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field .
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Safety Practitioner or Consultant
  • Safety and Health Manager , BOSH and COSH-certified is an advantage
  • Willing to work in MEZ2 Estate in Lapu-Lapu City, West Cebu Estate in Balamban, and The Persimmon Plus in Mabolo, Cebu City
