We are is seeking a dedicated Customer Support professional to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Customer Support for Financial Collections Accounts (Dayshift), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our clients' customers. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to develop your skills in the collections industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engage with customers to understand their financial situations and explore resolution options
  2. Negotiate payment arrangements and assist customers in meeting their financial obligations
  3. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up on outstanding accounts
  4. Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating empathy and a problem-solving mindset
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer queries and concerns
  6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or collections-related role
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle sensitive financial discussions
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  5. Familiarity with financial services and collections processes is preferred
  6. Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor
