Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and staff supervision (6–10 personnel).
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain updated inventory records and coordinate with accounting for reconciliations.
  • Supervise proper handling, storage, and packaging of textbooks.
  • Plan dispatch schedules in coordination with the Transportation coordinator.
  • Prepare periodic warehouse reports.
  • Implement warehouse policies, safety standards, and housekeeping protocols.
  • Recommend improvements to workflow, layout, and equipment utilization.
  • Streamline processes related to receiving, storage, packing, and dispatching.
  • Ensure timely delivery of textbooks to client schools while maintaining product quality.
  • Implement efficient warehouse documentation and inventory reporting.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of warehouse facilities.
