About the role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing all logistical activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods accurately and efficiently. This role is critical to maintaining smooth warehouse operations and ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly.

What you'll be doing

  • Receiving, inspecting and properly storing incoming goods and materials
  • Picking, packing and dispatching outgoing orders accurately and on time
  • Maintaining stock levels and identifying any discrepancies or issues
  • Assisting in the management of inventory, including tracking, reporting and optimizing storage
  • Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organized and compliant with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborating with the logistics team to coordinate efficient transportation and delivery of products
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a warehouse worker or general laborer is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Good numeracy and problem-solving skills to effectively manage inventory and resolve any discrepancies
  • Familiarity with using warehouse management systems and other relevant technologies
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
  • A reliable, proactive and adaptable approach to work
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

Flexibility and Support:

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor to support overall team and operational goals.
