In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of learning databases. 
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity of the Learning Management System. 
  • Manage logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant coordination. 
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of learning initiatives. 
  • Curate, organize, and update learning content to align with organizational goals. 
  • Implement content delivery strategies that enhance the overall learning experience (ex., design modules, create job aids, design SharePoint).

You build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions. You plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals. You develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. 

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. 
  • At least 1 year of Program Management Support or Training Coordination experience is preferred. 
  • Proven experience in database management, administration, and logistics coordination. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). 
  • Proficiency in content management systems and e-learning platforms. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Skilled in Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, and Communication Management are a plus.
