We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory and Warehouse Assistant to manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of stock items. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating with procurement and suppliers for stock replenishment and document compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect deliveries; verify accuracy of Delivery Receipts (DRs) and Sales Invoices (SIs)
  • Encode, barcode, and organize items in the warehouse system (NPAX)
  • Monitor stock levels, handle returns/replacements, and conduct regular inventory checks
  • Prepare and process material requisitions and manual SYUKKO releases
  • Manage month-end inventory reports and monitor expiry dates
  • File and update important regulatory documents (SDS, CPR, FDA) and coordinate with suppliers
  • Generate purchase requests and follow up on pending deliveries with procurement
  • Produce inventory, purchase history, and other related reports as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in warehousing, inventory, or supply chain management
  • Familiarity with inventory systems (e.g., NPAX or similar ERP tools)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data filtering, editing)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication for supplier coordination

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or other related business courses
  • At least two (2) years of work experience as Warehouse Assistant
  • Ability to work independently with very minimal guidance from immediate superior
  • Excellent negotiation skills, effective oral and written communication skills in English
  • The identified candidate is amenable to work in Butuan City.
