KEY RESULT/RESPONSIBILITY AREA (KRA): Inventory staff, clerks or associates, are responsible for tracking and managing a warehouse's stock. Their duties include receiving and stocking new inventory, picking and packing orders, performing cycle counts, and using warehouse management software to maintain accurate records and reconcile discrepancies.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI):

  • Inventory tracking: Using warehouse management software and other methods to track items that come in and go out of the warehouse.
  • Data entry: Recording inventory movements and updating records to ensure accuracy.
  • Receiving and stocking: Unloading deliveries, verifying incoming shipments against paperwork, and storing items in their proper locations.
  • Order fulfillment: Picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment.
  • Inventory audits: Performing regular counts and physical audits to identify and reconcile discrepancies, shortages, or overages.
  • Loss prevention: Implementing and assisting with loss prevention programs.
  • Reporting: Preparing reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and any issues found.
  • Maintenance: Keeping the storage area clean and organized.
  • Other duties that may be assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
