Duties and Responsibilties:

  • Directly reports to the Safety Compliance Officer and monitors/evaluates the Safety Officers 3 Junior in their compliance with OSH standards;
  • Overall-in-charge in the monitoring and evaluation of the project in - charge/project managers implementation of the approved safety program of the project;
  • Coordinates with the Project Manager/Project In-Charge on the HSSE issues of the project;
  • Acts as the HSSE Head of the four division of HSSE on site (Nurse, LEED of PCO, SO3 Jr., SO2 (Marshal) and OIC of Security);
  • Collaborate with the Safety Research Specialist in the estimate of safety devices to be used in the project.
  • Facilitate the request, delivery and supervision in the installation of Safety Devices.
  • Acts as the secretariat in the Site Safety and Health Committee's weekly meetings;
  • Plans the Site Safety and Health Committee's weekly inspection and gives recommendation both corrective and preventive measures.

Qualifications:

  • DOLE Accredited Safety Practitioner is an advantage;
  • Has at least years of related experience;
  • With corresponding training certifications;
  • Graduate of any bachelor's course degree.
