Specific Job title/Position: AVP, Fraud Operations
- Graduate of Bachelors' Degree
- Willing to work ON-SITE in Cebu (Hybrid – Once- twice a month required onsite work to attend Connection Day; Day 1 is onsite for HR Day)
- Amenable to work on a Nightshift schedule: : 9:00PM 6:00AM PHT
- 14 years of minimum total working experience with At least 12 years' experience in a financial services or customer service setting.
- Minimum 10+ years of total experience supervising credit card-related production processes, driving innovation, and/or managing external supplier relationships.
- Open to consider At least Senior Manager level that led a team of up to 250 associates and have supervised at least 12 managers
- Experience handling multiple functions or accounts
- Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills
- Can Start asap
