Job Title: Credit Operations Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Credit Operations Assistant.


Description:

The Credit Operations Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the credit operations and loan processing functions of the organization. This includes receiving clients, attending to their inquiries regarding loan applications, and pre-screening clients to determine their financial needs and eligibility for loan applications.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for verifying client information, encoding loan data into databases, and preparing documentation to initiate the loan approval process.

In addition, the Credit Operations Assistant will provide timely feedback to concerned parties on the status of loan applications, coordinate with Head Office for loan payment processing and release, and facilitate loan proceeds release to borrowers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in credit operations and loan processing

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software
