Asia Pacific College is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented personnel to provide administrative and technical support to our team of student and faculty photographers and videographers.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist in setting up equipment, props and lighting for photo and video shoots
  • Maintain inventory of equipment, including faults found and repairs done. Ensure all equipment are functional
  • Assist students in borrowing equipment and maintain an accurate record; ensuring all gears are accounted for
  • Support in basic troubleshooting of cameras, lighting, audio gear and PCs used in editing
  • Assist faculty in deploying equipment for a class
  • Proactively support the IT Resources Office in driving smooth and efficient operations through timely technical assistance and equipment upkeep
  • Maintain professional relations with stakeholders - students, faculty and staff

We are looking for:

  • Familiar with photography, videography and audio recording equipment
  • With 1-2 years of experience in a support or production assistant role
  • Basic knowledge of file management and media handling
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills
