The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 5 years of experience in product 3D rendering
• At least 2 years of experience in product rendering (FMCG preferred)
• Ability to respond well to changing priorities and workflows
• Strong comprehension skills to analyze workflows, instructions, and feedback
• Tolerance and flexibility for client communication, feedback, and long-term projects
• Ability to help co-workers through knowledge-sharing
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proficient in Mac OS
• Software: Blender, any digital rendering software, Adobe Photoshop (basic knowledge), Adobe Illustrator (basic knowledge), Microsoft software

Your Daily Tasks

Key Functions

• Revolutionize product visualization by creating stunning and interactive visuals to elevate customer experience and drive sales
• Enhance customer understanding through clear and compelling visuals that simplify complex information
• Drive innovation by exploring new techniques and technologies in product visualization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to achieve project success

Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Create FMCG product images via 3D rendering using provided product artworks, reference images, and style guides
• Work seamlessly with the team and contribute to completing projects and tasks
• Exchange knowledge, skills, and expertise with co-workers to improve workflow and rendering services
• Track deadlines and communicate any time constraints or issues to management
• Analyze and execute rendering and image-related requests, feedback, and instructions
• Communicate with clients to ensure requirements are provided for assigned tasks
• Administer the platform by uploading images, updating product status, and maintaining basic information
• Manage creation of support materials for suppliers and staff, including help guides and style guides
• Review and clarify client brief requirements, and deliver accurate pricing and quotes for approval prior to rendering
• Oversee and review offshore staff charges and invoices
• Issue Upwork jobs and contracts to offshore staff for payment processing
• Create quotes and briefs for specific clients (e.g., Coles)
