Basic Qualifications:
- AB/BS Psychology, HRM, or Law graduate Nursing graduate, with valid PRC License
- Have no less than 8 cumulative years of exposure in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing or service business
- Have a well-rounded exposure in people management, talent acquisition, learning and organizational handling. Exposure in an organized setting will be very helpful
- Have an intensive exposure in writing, formulating employee engagement programs, and translating them to deliverable and relatable results.
- Must be residing within the NCR
- Flexible, very good time management skills.
- Have exposure in HRIS
Brief Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in the over-all directing of the Human Resources Development and General Services team, with focus on Learning, Development, Employee Engagement and Talent Acquisition.
- Co-authors in writing new, updating, or revising policies consistent with the standards of ISO.
- Maintains targets attainment within the standard, satisfactory level at all times.
- Supervises staff involved in recruitment and administrative support servicing.
