About the Job:

St. Peter Life Plan is expanding We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to help us recruit and build our team of Sales Agents.

This is a part-time, commission-based opportunity — ideal for people who enjoy talking to others, sharing opportunities, and earning extra income with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and invite applicants who are interested to become Sales Agents of St. Peter Life Plan
  • Post job ads on social media platforms and respond to inquiries
  • Conduct basic screening interviews and coordinate orientations
  • Maintain candidate lists and follow up with potential recruits
  • Meet recruitment targets and support the sales team in hiring needs

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or college level
  • Open to ages 18–65 years old
  • With or without experience (training will be provided)
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented
  • Must have a mobile phone and internet connection
  • Willing to work on a commission basis (no fixed salary)
