Accu Cut is a North Carolina commercial landscaping company serving Burlington, Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, Raleigh, Durham, Apex, and surrounding areas. We manage large-scale installation and maintenance projects, including municipal, industrial, commercial, and multi-acre properties.

We are execution-driven, growth-minded, and ready to automate everything that makes sense.

Your Role

You will be the architect behind our end-to-end AI systems. Your job is to identify inefficiencies, design solutions, build smart automated agents, and integrate them seamlessly into our daily operations.

This includes (but is not limited to):

AI Systems & Agent Building

• Build custom AI agents and workflows using leading tools (OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, LangChain, Relevance AI, etc.)
• Design internal automations across departments (sales, estimating, marketing, scheduling, customer service).
• Maintain and improve all AI agents to stay accurate, fast, and reliable.

Lead Generation Automations

• Build automated systems to pull large batches of commercial property leads.
• Create agents to identify owners/managers, gather contact info, and initiate personalized outreach.
• Develop workflows to keep leads organized, enriched, and ready for follow-up.

Marketing & Content Automations

• Automate social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Build agents that help with proposals, portfolio updates, newsletters, and more.

Estimating, Takeoffs & Blueprint Systems

• Create AI tools that assist with blueprint reading, quantity takeoffs, materials lists, and cost estimating.
• Automate bid document organization and data extraction (SOWs, project specs, addenda, etc.).
• Help eliminate human error by standardizing and automating estimating workflows.

Operations & Admin Automation

• Automate job scheduling, reminders, client communication, and internal updates.
• Build systems that integrate with Jobber, CompanyCam, Google Workspace, Pipedrive, and other platforms.
• Create dashboards and reporting agents using live business data.

What You Need to Succeed

You MUST have hands-on experience actually building AI systems — not just "liking AI."

We're looking for someone who can confidently say:

"I can build any AI agent your business needs."

"I understand how AI models work and how to connect them to your tools."

"Give me the problem — I'll automate the solution."

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of AI/LLM technology (OpenAI, Anthropic, vector databases, embeddings, RAG, agents).
• Strong ability to build automations with tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Pipedrive, Google Workspace, etc.
• Ability to create custom workflows, dashboards, and data integrations.
• Experience building tools for real businesses (bonus if in construction/landscaping/operations).
• Ability to architect entire systems, not just single tasks.

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience with python scripting or LangChain.
• Understanding of blueprint reading, construction takeoffs, or estimating concepts.
• Familiarity with CRMs like Pipedrive or Jobber.
• Experience building custom GPTs or autonomous agents.
