We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Laboratory Technical Sales Representative to join our team. The Laboratory Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our laboratory services to research laboratories, academic institutions, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in laboratory science and the ability to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and target potential customers in the laboratory

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

2. Service Knowledge:

- Gain in-depth knowledge of our laboratory services, including testing, analysis, and research capabilities.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in laboratory science.

3. Technical Consultation:

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on selecting the right laboratory services to meet their needs.

- Assist customers in designing customized research projects and experiments.

4. Service Demonstrations:

- Conduct presentations and discussions to showcase the features and benefits of our laboratory services.

- Highlight how our solutions can address specific research and testing requirements.

5. Quoting and Proposal Generation:

- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and technical documentation for laboratory service projects.

- Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and close service agreements.

6. Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and market trends in laboratory services.

- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input and market insights.

7. Customer Support:

- Assist customers with post-sale technical support for laboratory service projects, including project management and data interpretation.

- Build long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing engagement.

8. Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.

- Generate regular sales reports and updates for management.
