Qualification:

  • Graduate of BS in Business Administration, BSBA in Marketing Management or any business related course
  • with atleast 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication skills
  • Strategic and Tactical Skills
  • Organizational Skills
  • Must be keen to details and can keep highly confidential information
  • can start as soon as possible

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the conduct of sales operations in assigned area including collection of receivables.
  • Responsible for the cascading of sales programs to all authorized outlets in assigned area.
  • Should execute the proper selling procedure in conduct of sales activities and BCP.
  • Responsible in the attainment of VDMPR ( Volume, Distribution, Merchandising, Productivity and Reach)
  • Submit monthly coverage plan, monthly work plan and DSR timely and accurately.
  • Submit weekly updates on EWT copies/ CM for approval/ complete RS requirement for posting
  • Always meet acquisition/ cash @ counter target on weekly & monthly objectives
  • Always meet desired # calls/ reach , buying reach (VDMPR)
  • Monthly sales & collection must not fall below 80%.
  • Performed other task as need arises.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
