Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell the company's FMCG products to retailers, distributors, and other clients
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service
  • Conduct regular field visits to assigned areas to monitor product availability and merchandising
  • Implement promotional plans and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account receivables
  • Coordinate with the delivery and logistics team for order fulfillment
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports

  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets


  • • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for sales reporting

  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within assigned territory

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
