Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC market.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and distributors.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for customers and stakeholders.

Technical Support

Understand and analyze customer requirements to recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.

Provide product selection, sizing, and design assistance in line with project requirements.

Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure proposed solutions meet standards.

Market Research & Strategy

Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Provide feedback to management regarding product development and market demands.

Customer Service & After-Sales Support

Follow up with clients on project progress, deliveries, and after-sales concerns.

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Preferably with PRC License (Mechanical Engineer is an advantage).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HVAC sales, project management, or technical support (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
  • Goal-driven, customer-focused, and able to work independently or in a team.
