About the Role OCS is looking for an HR Manager to oversee payroll and HR administration while supporting our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to grow in HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
  • Manage accurate monthly payroll
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support HR and administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Girl applicants preferred
  • Strong communication skills (good English proficiency)
  • Experience in payroll/HR administration (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable personality
  • Willing to work onsite at Cebu IT Park
