Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and record all incoming and outgoing documents
- Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy).
- Perform skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work
- Handles processing of sales and marketing documents for vehicle due for release.
- Coordinates to PDI and ensures completion of requirements prior to the release of the unit.
- Monitors the completeness and quality of sales documentation prior to the release of the unit including signatures, attachments, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent is required
- Computer Literate
- Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel functions
