JOB SUMMARY:

  • Responsibilities: Conduct detailed research to identify new product opportunities and consumer preferences. Develop and implement innovative strategies for product development and improvement. Create prototypes and models to test theories and validate research findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, develop prototypes, and test new concepts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure innovations meet market demands and align with business goals.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background:

-Architectural Design/Drafting course or Fine Arts Course

-Drafting course | Product Design | Production engineer or any related technical in furniture

Professional Experience:

-Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in product development, manufacturing furniture and alike

Skills Required:

-AutoCAD knowledge

-Strong analytical and research skills

-Technical writing and documentation

-Advanced understanding of product development processes and timelines

-Project management and cross-functional collaboration

-Excellent communication and presentation skills

-Business and market awareness

-Tech-savvy and data-driven decision-making

-Experience in supplier sourcing and negotiation

-Knowledge of product compliance and industry standards

-Strategic thinker with attention to detail

Strong knowledge of scientific research methods and data analysis techniques. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proven work experience in a similar role.
