Provides general support related to building and administration concerns of the employees to be able to perform their tasks efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for filing and safekeeping of the department's documents such as but not limited to logbook, request form, and etc.

  2. Manages meeting/training room and projector reservation requests used in managing requests.

  3. Responsible for the resolution of building and administration concerns coursed through the online ticketing system (OTRS/ticketing services) to provide efficient and immediate action.

  4. Ensures timely payment of monthly utilities billing.

  5. Responsible for requisition and inventory of office supplies which include but are not limited to consumable items, laptops, mobile phones, and others to be issued to different departments/employees.

  6. Monitors service maintenance of office furniture and equipment such as air conditioning units, printers, etc.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a graduate of any business course

  2. Must have at least one (1) year experience in building and facilities management, engineering maintenance services, procurement of office supplies, office equipment and utilities management for monthly billings

  3. Must be proficient in standard office applications such as document, spreadsheet and presentation applications

  4. Must be a team player, adaptable, flexible, organized and keen to details

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
