  • Oversee the life cycle of products, including preparation, shipping, and receiving
  • Evaluate and process claims made by customers
  • Coordinate with in-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers
  • Approve timesheets associated with deliveries and pick-ups
  • Sign payment vouchers by company policy
  • Monitor the entire process of cargo movement
  • Schedule maintenance and repairs for the fleet of vehicle
  • Issue fuel cards and process expense reports

Qualifications and skills

  • Diploma or relevant certificate required
  • 2+ years' previous experience in logistics/warehouse
  • Working knowledge of PC computer systems and cargo management software preferred
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 Kg minimum
  • Well-developed motivational and leadership skills
