We are looking for a Supply Chain Process and Standards Associate.

JOB SUMMARY

The
Supply Chain Process and Standards Associate
performs operational or technical tasks under set directions, policies, guidelines and procedures in assigned area in SCM. The role provides technical advice by interpreting and applying functional philosophies, principles and policies in the:

• Design, development, and implementation of the Warehouse Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Vendor & Catalog Management Processes & Standards
• Management of respective Information Systems implemented to support supply chain processes
• Implementation of Data Quality Management guidelines for respective process support Information Systems

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of Warehouse, Procurement, Inventory Management, Vendor & Catalog Management Processes & Standards and related information systems

• Identifies and describes the policies, work procedures of the processes and related system use.
• Communicates and implements Supply Chain processes to concerned organizations.
• Uses the corresponding Supply Chain Application in handling basic transactional requirements.
• Provides assistance to line users on Supply Chain Application system navigation and procedures.
• Gathers and validates feedback from users on system functionality, performance and on changes in the process.
• Reviews and validates user requests for revisions in the policies, work procedures and performance indicators of the process.
• Utilizes and interprets information in the Supply Chain Applications to monitor and assess process performance.
• Studies the correct use and navigation of Supply Chain Applications in performing system transactions and prepares reference manuals.
• Resolves basic user complaints regarding procedures and system usage.
• Recommends, documents and Implements user requirements and process improvements and/or system enhancements.
• Provides support during implementation of new process and process/system enhancements.

Provision of End-user Support for Supply Chain Processes and Systems

• Develops quick reference guides for system users.
• Resolves simple production issues encountered by users.
• Provides technical assistance to users in the proper use and interpretation of system and transactional data.
• Provides technical expertise/consultancy services.

Data Quality Management

• Performs data gathering and validation activities.
• Monitors data accuracy & integrity.
• Defines Vendor Accounts in the SUS system (Vendor Management).
• Manages simple and approved requests for correction of transactional data (e.g., correction of Material Slip and Reference Document in ERP-WM).
• Validates reversal transaction to correct input data in ERP.

Develop & Conduct Trainings for Process improvements to line personnel and system users

• Develops training plan for implementation of process improvements.
• Develops training programs for Supply Chain Application System users and line personnel.
• Coordinates with HR Partners for the training program and logistics needs.
• Develops training materials and Quick Reference Guides.
• Conducts trainings for line personnel and other system users.

ISO Process Compliance

• Ensures compliance to established ISO procedures, guidelines and standards in the performance of business activities.
• Conducts/participates in ISO compliance audits.
• Conducts Root Cause Analysis and process improvement activities.
• Controls and updates SCM ISO documents.

Data Privacy Compliance

• Ensures compliance to Data Privacy policies and guidelines and to recommend improvements when needed.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good Mathematical, Problem solving and Analytical Skills
• Working knowledge with the different Supply Chain Processes and Standards: Procurement, Vendor and Cataloguing Management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any 4-5 year engineering course with technical background (Electrical or Industrial Engineer)
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years work experience using any Supply Chain Management System
• Must be detail-oriented and driven.
• Has proficiency with personal computers and networking
• Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig)
