About the role

As an R&D Specialist at Regent Foods Corporation, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's innovation and product development efforts. This full-time position, based in Ibayo-Tipas Taguig City Metro Manila, will see you collaborating with cross-functional teams to research, develop and test new food products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Support product development and process optimization by analyzing data to identify and implement improvements for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Manage and maintain R&D documentation to ensure accuracy, version control, compliance, and alignment with QA and production standards
  3. Develop and enhance R&D systems, databases, and templates to standardize reporting and support seamless team integration
  4. Collect and analyze trial data to track performance, present progress updates, and enhance project outcomes

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or related field
  2. 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar R&D role within the food manufacturing industry
  3. Strong understanding of process documentation, validation and system development
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team
  5. Familiarity with food production processes, quality control procedures and regulatory requirements
  6. Proficient in MS Office applications
