We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research & Development Manager to lead innovation and product development in our food ingredients division. This role is pivotal in driving new formulations, improving existing products, and ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead R&D projects focused on food ingredient innovation and application.
- Develop and optimize formulations for flavorings, stabilizers, emulsifiers, and other functional ingredients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, production, and marketing.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
- Interface with clients to understand technical needs and provide solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food ingredient R&D or product development.
- Strong knowledge of ingredient functionality and food processing.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience with clean label, plant-based, or functional food ingredients.
- Familiarity with global food regulations and certifications.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior specialists.
