SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coordinate and analyze the logistical function

· Compute reporting metrics such as on-time delivery and order fulfillment rates

· Drive successful and efficient planning of delivery levels

· Devise strategies to create cost-effective and profitable functions, optimize service levels and maintain logistics efficiency

· Coordinate delivery schedules

· Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely responses to queries

· Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes

· Coordinate and analyze the logistical function/supply chain

· Compute reporting metrics such as on-time delivery and order fulfillment rates

· Conduct performance review of 3PL partners

· Execute proper budget planning

· Drive continuous budget savings

· Secure and Monitoring of revolving fund

· Finance and Accounting coordination

A. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

· Preferably Bachelor / College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.

· 2 years experience in retail/supply chain/customer service/logistics operations

· Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.

Technical:

· Knowledgeable in Logistics industry

· Knowledgeable in end-to-end retail operations, including processes, procedures, and customer encounter

· Strong sense of accountability/responsibility

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Trustworthy, values personal integrity and ethical standards

· Good oral and written communication

· Process and result oriented

· Good leadership skills and interpersonal skills

· Thinks creatively, systematically, and strategically
