Inbound encoder

Inbound Operations:

· Encode details of incoming goods including quantity, item codes, delivery receipt numbers, and supplier details.

· Verify and reconcile encoded data with physical deliveries and supporting documents.

· Update warehouse inventory system upon receipt of items.

General Duties:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics data in ORACLE, WMS or inventory systems.

· File and archive inbound/outbound documents systematically.

· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics personnel to ensure data integrity.

· Report discrepancies or delays in encoding or shipments to immediate supervisor.

Carry out other tasks or instructions assigned by the immediate supervisor

· College Graduate (preferred: business, logistics, or IT-related course)

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data encoding.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with inventory or logistics software is an advantage.

· Basic understanding of warehouse processes and logistics documents.

· Good organizational and filing skills.

· Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
