Responsible to administer the operations of computer systems related to UNIX & Windows operating systems, servers, virtualization and Cloud technologies.

Serve as a specialist on specific modules, applications or technologies, and take care of sophisticated assignments during the software development process.

Take ownership and accountability of specific modules within an application and provide technical support and mentorship during solution design for new requirements, problem resolution for critical / complex issues while ensuring code is maintainable, scalable and supportable.

What will your job look like?

• You will be responsible to build and maintain web, virtual, and client server environments for the enterprise.
• You will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve any IT service issues related to operating systems and servers; partner with the other infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve related issues.
• You will need to leverage optimization techniques to maximize the efficiency of all computer systems and Implement and maintains a systems business impact assessment to prioritize system recovery in the event of a failure.
• You will build and implement software standards for operating systems, servers and virtualized infrastructure.
• You will also be expected to evaluate new technologies to meet business needs or to solve business problems.
• You will manage and lead Root Cause Analysis, Lessons Learned and prevention processes to provide high standard deliverables that meet SLA (Service Level Adherence) and ensure CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).

All you need is...

• Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent
• Required technical skills: Unix / Linux Admin, Containerization technologies RHOCP, Gitops
• 3+ years of proven experience as a System Admin. Experience of working databases – Oracle Or PostgreSQL– a Must Experience in Application Server – WebLogic / WebSphere / Tomcat Knowledge in Virtualization, Public Cloud, OpenStack, VMware, NFV, SDN an Advantage Experience in Spring Boot,MERN and Microservices along with Cloud ((AWS/Azure/OCP) - an advantage Experienced in building complex applications or products taking into account various technical considerations. Experience in presenting ideas, influencing, and build consensus in a group setting. Lead Design and Development of Features E2E Willing to work on a Dayshift, Hybrid set-up (3x per week), Location: BGC, Taguig City. Local hiring only.
