Responsibilities

  • Monitors the Company's project costs and creates reports for budgetary, monitoring, and analysis purposes. He/she tracks spending, changes in costs, and the accuracy and compliance of cost records.
  • Reviews the budgets and forecasts of the different departments and prepares the consolidated budgets and forecasts.
  • Reviews the entries generated by the procure-to-pay processes, sales-to-cash receipt process, general accounting, and all other transactions.
  • Prepares the management reports and financial statements for the review of the Controller.
  • Ensures that proper controls are in place during procure-to-pay transaction
  • Focal person for the projects handled.

Qualifications

Skills:

  • Solid understanding of financials, and business controls, and with extensive analytical skills
  • A self-starter, highly motivated, decisive, and works with minimal supervision, as well as working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders of the Company.
  • Individual contributor who can recognize complex issues and provide top quality advice, support, and solutions.
  • Proficient in MS Excel to generate financial data reporting and analysis.

Work Experience:

  • 5-9 years combined working experience in supervisory role with key roles in financial reporting, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A) and general accounting.
  • Must be a CPA.
  • With experience in SAP accounting system.
  • With experience in Power and Energy accounting, an advantage.
