We are looking for a Senior HR Analyst- Total Rewards who will take ownership of compensation strategies and analytics for our Philippine Operations. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in local compensation practices and a passion for data-driven decision making.

This role will work closely with the HR Director, and key partners across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to ensure that our rewards programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with our values. Your work will shape how we recognize and support our teams across the country.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead market benchmarking and salary structure design for Enshored Philippines
  • Prepare compensation proposals for promotions, internal adjustments, and new hire offers, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Support the development and maintenance of job levelling frameworks and salary bands for local roles.
  • Build and maintain compensation dashboards and reports to support compensation planning and audits
  • Conduct cost modeling for compensation adjustments, retention programs, and pay strategy proposals.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HR systems and payroll tools.
  • Monitor Philippine labor laws, wage orders, and other local regulatory changes affecting compensation.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Finance to ensure full compliance with statutory wage requirements and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align compensation offers with benchmarks and internal guidelines.
  • Educate managers and team leads on Enshored's compensation philosophy, tools, and frameworks.
  • Participate in project involving pay equity, internal mobility, or organizational design within the local context.

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR analytics, preferably in a BPO or fast-scaling environment
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills; advance proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets
  • Demonstrated experience in compensation benchmarking, job leveling, and internal equity analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and data integrity; ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively across HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and leadership stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using compensation survey tools or platforms (e.g. Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, etc)
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and compensation planning tools
  • Working knowledge of Philippine labor law, wage orders, and compensation compliance requirements.
  • Exposure to pay parity audits, internal mobility programs, or job architecture initiatives
