Job Title: HR Services Analyst
Work Mode: Hybrid, 2 days work from office in a week
Shift: Regular Ph shift, 9 AM – 6 PM
Location: Pasig City
Contract: 1 year
MUST have skills: Benefits and Leaves administration for PH and other APAC countries, Project Management and Vendor Management
Description:
Primary portfolio of Philippines (covering Payroll, Lifecycle, Benefits, Leave), with other APAC experience
The HR Services Analyst (Intermediate Professional level) uses developed professional expertise while resolving a variety of issues within a moderate scope.Responsible for the execution of all HR services and processing queries up to Tier 2.Responsible for assisting with Tier 3 queries and special projects.
Life Cycle and System Updates
Executes all Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee lifecycle change processes and additional Tier 2 processes, such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, standard reporting and LOA's
Leverages intermediate business process knowledge to guide employees through lifecycle changes, customizing the solution to fit individual needs
Utilizes expertise to resolve a variety of moderately complex issues, and often acts as a resource to others. Escalates queries to the Supervisor as appropriate
Identifies trends and initiates process improvements with the manager or HRS project and services teams
Understands trade offs and when to escalate
Understands end-to-end processes deeply and can easily assist in all steps of a multiple step process
Responsible for full region and global processes support
Manages HR Systems data and files, ensuring accuracy, completion, and that all are up- to-date.
Handles sensitive and/or moderately complex queries
Pivots with ease when introduced to new HR Systems configurations; engages in system UAT
Provides standard and non-standard moderately complex reporting to HR stakeholders and line managers
COE Process Expertise
Has an developed understanding of programs and COE processes
Able to answer COE type queries and guide line managers and employees to relevant information and escalates, if appropriate
Able to handle intermediate level COE process complexities
Operational Excellence
Responsible for the knowledge base and HR Systems navigation to resolve employee and manager queries including Workday and HR library
Understands and executes on SLA and KPI's
Provide excellent customer service, high quality resolution and consistent support of standard processes by following documented work instructions and ways of working guidelines.
Understands and follows compliance requirements for SOX, Employee Data Governance and other policy requirements
Ensures data accuracy and integrity with all transactions, communications and stakeholder support
Project Management
May support smaller projects or translation validation as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 5-6 years of related work experience
