Job Title: Remote Social Media Manager

Location: Remote | Full-Time

About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive, reliable, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing at least 10 social media campaigns, can execute both paid and organic strategies, and is comfortable providing chat-based customer engagement. Knowledge or experience in crypto, blockchain, or Web3 is highly preferred.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, create, and execute organic and paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Provide chat-based audience engagement and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop content, strategy, and campaign materials.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to drive improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices in social media and the crypto/blockchain/Web3 space.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing at least 10 social media campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of paid and organic social media advertising.
  • Experience in chat customer support or online community engagement is highly preferred.
  • Proactive, reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Knowledge or interest in crypto, blockchain, or Web3 industries is a plus.
