Recruitment

  • Post job vacancies through internal and external platforms as needed.
  • Screen applications and respond to candidate inquiries.
  • Coordinate and participate in interview procedures as required.
  • Perform clerical tasks, such as preparing reports, processing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Participate in off-site recruitment activities and events.

Onboarding

  • Review and ensure the completeness of pre-employment requirements submitted by applicants.
  • Communicate effectively with new hires, providing necessary information and coordinating their onboarding activities.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports with relevant data and metrics.
  • Organize batch orientations and coordinate with different departments to secure speakers.
  • Assist in conducting background checks and ensure candidates complete all necessary steps.
  • Accurately update and manage information in databases.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With 2-3 years of experience in the same field
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Arca South, Taguig

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
