About the role

Electrokonstruct Construction & Engineering Maintenance is seeking a talented Architect to join our growing team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of a variety of commercial and residential projects. What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements and needs
  • Producing detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Ensuring compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Managing the construction process, including coordinating with contractors and subcontractors
  • Providing on-site supervision and quality control during the construction phase
  • Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and the broader project team
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices
