The Architect is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and aesthetics of projects, ensuring compliance with Philippine laws, building codes, and client requirements. The role involves coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver functional, safe, and sustainable designs.

Job Description:

  • Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.
  • Prepare plans, drawings, 3D models, and technical documents for submission to clients and government agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with the National Building Code of the Philippines (NBCP), zoning ordinances, and other relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers, as well as contractors, during design and construction phases.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to plans, quality, and safety standards.
  • Present design proposals and adjustments to clients for approval.
  • Provide sustainable, cost-effective, and innovative design solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect in the Philippines (PRC Board Passer).
  • Graduate of BS Architecture from an accredited university.
  • Has 3 to years experience as licensed Architect
  • Proficient in CAD software, 3D visualization tools, and project management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine building codes, laws, and permitting processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
