Job OverviewAs a Talent Acquisition Shared Services Team Lead at our organization, your responsibilities include leading and managing the daily operational execution and deliverables of the Talent Acquisition shared function with a focus on candidate scheduling and sourcing. You are responsible for team engagement and performing efficient and quality deliverables. You'll collaborate with respective stakeholders to enhance the employee experience, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to overall team goals.
Additionally, you'll handle your own tasks and ad-hoc tasks related to candidate scheduling, data management, and reporting processes to support operational efficiency and effectiveness. Job DescriptionService Delivery:Facilitate talent acquisition administration and communication with candidates including candidate screening, interview scheduling/invites, test administration, reference checks, and other relevant new hire back-end processes. Ensure customer-centricity and a high standard of communication with internal stakeholders (hiring managers, interviewers, and talent acquisition colleagues) and external stakeholders (candidates).
Ensure stakeholders are updated in a timely manner where appropriate. Liaise with HR and Talent Acquisition teams on updates and ensure proper reporting and documentation are updated accordingly. Maintain document management related to recruiting/talent onboarding.
Ensure document archiving of all candidate-related documents in the system. Own candidate experience surveys and monitor candidate NPS scores. Issue data reports, whenever applicable and relevant to scope.
Ensure continuous alignment and improvement of TA and Candidate Experience processes and practices across the organization. Participate in activities related to tasks such as training, audit, and creation and review of Standard Operating Procedures, when applicable. Keep data updated in the relevant TA system and correct it whenever applicable.
Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time. People Management:Lead and promote a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence in customer service. Motivate, support, coach, and guide team members in daily operations and performance.
Discuss performance objectives for all team members in accordance with the company OKR.Monitor and review progress and accuracy of work, direct efforts towards achieving agreed performance metrics, and provide technical guidance on complex issues. Identify and manage opportunities for development across the team and implement development plans to grow people competency and capability. Conduct periodic appraisals and required follow-ups in accordance with the work delivery and output, following the policies of the company.
Build, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with counterparts/stakeholders and HR partners to ensure a thorough understanding of the business and its support requirements. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. At least two (2) years of solid and comprehensive experience in the same capacity.
Experience and knowledge of TA/HR processes, systems, and tools within the various stages of the candidate lifecycle. Proven skills in managing, understanding, execution of Hiring/ERP systems and tools, database functionality, and reporting. Proficient in Talent and Employee Data Process administration/management.
Knowledge and experience in Talent and Onboarding Administration. Working experience in the Hiring/ERP system. Excellent knowledge and experience in Google Suite (Spreadsheets, Docs, Slides) is preferred but not required, as well as Microsoft Office systems and tools (i.e., Excel, Word).
Experience in data reporting. Experience working in a multicultural/matrix and shared services environment. Willingness and ability to proactively collaborate and communicate within the team and stakeholders.
Ability to resolve conflict with integrity and demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and negotiation skills within the scope. Analytical and able to translate and communicate statistical data into action. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Structured, accurate, systematic, and committed to delivering within deadlines. Ability to take initiative and make sound judgments and recommend decisions. Results-oriented mindset.
Good oral and written communication skills. Motivated to facilitate and contribute to the company's growth. Work setup requirement:Able to work hybrid.
