Business Development & Account Manager
to help grow our business in the Philippines.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 3–5+ years of experience
    in business development or account management
  • Strong knowledge of the
    Philippine market
  • Background in
    insurance, banking, or fintech
    is an advantage
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Organized, strategic, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

What You'll Do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve growth targets
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, lead generation, and outreach
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity
  • Manage and grow key client accounts ensuring excellent service and satisfaction
  • Build lasting relationships and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and business reviews
  • Monitor account performance and provide insights and recommendations to management
  • Stay updated on market trends and share ideas to strengthen our local presence
