Business Development & Account Manager
to help grow our business in the Philippines.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 3–5+ years of experience
in business development or account management - Strong knowledge of the
Philippine market - Background in
insurance, banking, or fintech
is an advantage - Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organized, strategic, and able to multitask
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve growth targets
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, lead generation, and outreach
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Manage and grow key client accounts ensuring excellent service and satisfaction
- Build lasting relationships and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and business reviews
- Monitor account performance and provide insights and recommendations to management
- Stay updated on market trends and share ideas to strengthen our local presence
