Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth across markets

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities
  • Develop and define sales strategies in collaboration with the team leader
  • Define and closely monitor sales targets, actuals vs. budgets, and root cause from deviations in performance
  • Identify, develop, and explore new segment for growth.

Develop strong partnerships and key accounts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across relevant industry segments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all existing customers and partners
  • Ensure ongoing renewal and optimization of subscription contracts
  • Leverage on existing customer relationships to generate new leads and business opportunities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and professional deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Sales/ Engineering
  • Experience in sustaintablity sector is a plus
  • Established connections within the industrial sector are advantageous
  • Strong proactive and results-driven (hunter) mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and explore new opportunities
  • Innovative
  • Team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manila
