Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations by handling communications, managing records, and assisting staff and management with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Organize and maintain records and files.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate activities.
- Serve as point of contact for staff and external partners.
- Monitor office supplies and assist in project coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php14,040.00 per month
