QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree (preferably Medical Allied Course)
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
  • Willing to start immediately
  • Must reside in nearby areas

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Receives and issues medical supplies to authorized personnel and other necessary supplies needed by the patients.

  2. Enters daily charges into bin card.

  3. Charges all medical supplies taken by staff nurse to patients.

  4. Receives medical oxygen for hospital use.

  5. Prepares supplies for autoclaving.

  6. Operates the autoclave machine.

  7. Dispenses all requested items.

8 .Charges appropriately all requested items.

  1. Makes supplies and packs them for sterilization.

  2. Attends to patients' complaint regarding CS charging.

  3. Receives telephone calls politely on clearance charges, etc.

  4. Forwards charges to billing sections.

  5. Checks basic supplies and stock ready for use on demand.

  6. Maintains and keep of the unit, orderly, clean and safe environment.

  7. Participates in the planning and improvement of the unit.

  8. Charges the 24 hours requisition of inpatients.

  9. Carries out specified and delegates functions from the unit head and makes proper endorsement every start and end of the shift.

  10. Receives and issues medical supplies to authorized personnel and other necessary supplies needed by the patient.

  11. Dispenses medical supplies properly.

  12. Enters daily charges into the stock card.

  13. Charges all medical supplies taken by the staff nurse for use.

  14. Releases and issues the departmental request and stock transfer request of every department.

  15. Prepares OS gauze (4x4), cotton balls and other CS supplies for autoclaving.

  16. Performs other duties as the need arises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php19,100.00 per month
