DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews Admitting Section's operations to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Oversees the in-patient admissions functions, room or bed assignments and completion of preliminary paperwork for patients for admission.
Works with medical, nursing, and billing staff to ensure appropriate patient placements.
Confirms all insurance benefits coverage meet standards of admission as dictated by hospital policy.
Makes prompt and accurate statistical reports related to patient admissions.
Ensures proper staff scheduling according to operational requirements in the different section under the area of responsibility.
Selects, trains, orients department staff in hospital policies and procedures.
Develops standards of performance, evaluates performance and initiates or makes recommendations for personnel actions.
Develops department goals and objectives and establishes and implements policies and procedures for department operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php47, Php50,000.00 per month
