Job Description:
The Hotel Pastry Chef is responsible for creating and overseeing the production of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods for the hotel's restaurant and catering events. The Pastry Chef must have a passion for baking and creativity in designing desserts that meet the standards of the hotel's clientele. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a team of pastry cooks and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create new desserts and pastries that meet the hotel's standards and client expectations.
- Oversee the production of desserts and pastries, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Manage inventory of pastry supplies and ingredients, ordering as needed.
- Train and manage a team of pastry cooks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php695.00 per day
