IT Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Daily checking and testing of server, sophos firewall, printers, bizbox his, isp, access point wi-fi system, AP controller, POE switches, CCTV, PABX, paging system, FDAS, nurse call, patient room intercom, elevator intercom;
• Installing, upgrading and managing of hardware/software on company devices such as computer, laptop, server, SOPHOS firewall, printers, Bizbox HIS, ISP, Ms Office, access point wi-fi system, AP controller, switches, CCTV, PABX, paging system, FDAS, nurse call, patient room intercom, elevator intercom;
• Troubleshooting company's technological equipment including auxiliary system and Bizbox HIS; diagnose and solving hardware/software faults;
• Attend all meeting concerning it or other hospital concerns;
• Contacts the suppliers of it equipments and looks for the best to purchase;
• Purchasing supplies only concerning it peripherals and supplies;
• List down items of it equipments / fixed assets;
• Provides technical support concerning it / act as an it helpdesk; and
• Performs any ad hoc duties that may be assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree;
• With experience is a plus;
• Knowledgeable / proficient in Bizbox hospital information system;
• Ability to anticipate and have initiative (e.g., preparing advanced setting up of it equipment when having a board meeting, trainings, etc.);
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel;
• Knowledge and abilities required to apply specific technical principles and information in a job function or role;
• Expertise in it tools and concepts, such as operating systems and internet protocol suites;
• Solid knowledge in LAN/WAN network configurations;
• Proficient with microsoft word, excel and powerpoint, Photo editing;
• Full-Time position(s) available; and
• Applicants must be willing to work in Las Piñas City.
