
Project Coordinator/Sourcer

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Sourcer to support recruitment and community engagement while ensuring project coordination and quality standards are consistently met. This is a pivotal role that bridges talent sourcing with operational project tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Management & External Recruitment
- Build and nurture relationships with candidate communities and industry networks to attract top talent.
- Source and engage candidates from various platforms (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, referrals) and screen them for suitability.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, schedule interviews, and manage communication with external candidates.
Project Coordination
- Maintain project timelines, manage deliverables, track tasks, and monitor resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact among internal teams, external contacts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Organize project meetings, produce agendas and minutes, and act on follow-up actions.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Develop and implement processes to ensure deliverables adhere to predefined quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks and audits; document findings and collaborate with project teams to resolve deviations or issues.
- Ensure that all project outputs meet stakeholder expectations and follow company guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years in project coordination, recruitment, sourcer, or similar roles.
- Recruitment Skills: Proven success in external recruitment—sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination.
- Project Management: Strong organizational abilities with experience using PM tools (Asana, Microsoft Project)
- Quality Focus: Solid understanding of QA processes—able to define, monitor, audit, and act on quality standards.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with confidence in liaising across stakeholder groups.
- Community Engagement: Comfortable fostering relationships within external talent pools and candidate communities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
