Job Summary:

The Finance & Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic support to business operations. This role involves managing accounting staff, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and regulatory compliance within an electronic manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and management accounts.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting and finance staff, fostering professional development.
  • Analyze cost structures, product costing, and inventory valuation in a manufacturing environment.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to management to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and taxation.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
