Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A Master's in Business Administration (MBA), CPA certification (Philippines) are mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, with at least 5-10 years in a managerial role within a food manufacturing or high-volume manufacturing/FMCG environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of cost accounting principles specific to manufacturing (e.g., process costing, absorption costing) is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Experience with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) is a plus.
