・Overseeing Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Closing: Lead the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely completion of closing activities.

・Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis: Prepare financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and provide financial analysis reports to management.

・Reporting to Japanese Parent Company: Prepare and submit monthly and annual reporting packages in line with the parent company's standards.

・Cost Accounting Management: Supervise manufacturing cost accounting processes, analyze variances between standard and actual costs, and provide recommendations to optimize product costs.

・Tax Compliance: Review and approve various tax filings (VAT, corporate income tax, etc.) with the BIR, and lead responses to tax audits.

Job Requirements:

・Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Philippines

・Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

・A candidate with over 5 years of professional experience in accounting and finance.

・A candidate with experience in a managerial role.

・Accounting experience in the manufacturing industry, with deep knowledge of cost accounting

・Expertise in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and Philippine tax laws

・Experience using ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle
