We're now looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager
Direct hire| Binan, Laguna
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Experience in multinational corporations or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle). Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing financial operations efficiently.
